Dear Mamas,
We did it!! As we sign off on 2022 and leap into 2023, we’ll like to reflect on 2022 and express our gratitude to everyone in this community. Motherhood is the most challenging and at the same time most rewarding thing to ever happen to anyone. Our heartstrings are pulled in a million directions all day, every day, but we continue to push on – wiping the snot from our kids' noses with our clothing, gulfing down our kid's leftovers in lieu of meals, and drinking coffee that has been reheated up too many time to care. Day in and day out.
We’ve survived another year in the recently post-pandemic world, and now, more than ever, we’ve learned to appreciate the value of “outside.” We’ve laughed together, we’ve cried together, shared our losses and our wins, and bonded over Instagram reels. And we are poised to do it all over again in 2023.
2023 was a special year for me because I became a mother of 2 and was forced to learn just how tough it is to navigate the waters of parenthood, in a new city, with no help or support – except you guys. So, before we go popping champagne in our living room (or fabulous party now that we’re back outside), we want to say thank you for a fabulous 2022, and we are excited for 2023.
